HEXACON Group was established in 1995 as a result of several years' successful cooperation between the two founders: Ebbe Hviid Christiansen and Jan Østerby. They focused on creating an international, dynamic network of active, independent, and individually owned offices dealing with international exchange, and enabling potential investors an access into international markets.

At present HEXACON has offices in four countries: Denmark, USA, Poland, and Lithuania. Each of the offices is run by specialists with several years of experience, and the scope of services is in each case tailor-made to the needs of the local market.
